1. Launch and set up of “Sensei”-Competency based Learning Management System. This involved road shows, workshops & closures of competency assessments, learning system launch

2. Interviewing Skills & development : The objective of this project was to develop select staff(15 no) from Guangzhou-China location to face client interviews. This included training on English comprehension, Active Listening, building confidence.

 Assessing needs for training and development by meeting the stake holders (SVP, VP and AVP, etc).
 Induction lead which involves managing the training delivery, facilitator allocation for conducting induction, sending out dashboards, etc.
 Facilitating WCT (WNS Certified Trainer) program and post effectiveness including trainer audits and managing the certification process and other training programs which covered staff across verticals over last 12 months in the current role.
 Facilitating Leadership development programs for senior, middle management and frontline leaders.
 Developing content for leadership and soft skill programs.

Key Projects:
1. “Train to Retain”: Spearheaded this organization wide project. The objective was drop in attrition across business verticals leading to cost savings. The project involved training team managers and leaders, working on strategies with vertical HR teams, facilitating focus group discussions to understand employee grievances and create reports. Work with various support functions for managing change.
Result: Drop in attrition by 9.5%

2. YLDP : Young Leader Development Program. This project was to develop frontline leadership within the business vertical and was delivered in four phases spread over 12 weeks. This involved facilitating classroom sessions, on the job (floor) assignments and skill development as per business needs. Program was customized as per vertical needs.
Result : 20 staff were promoted as Team Leaders from a select group of 50 staff attending YLDP. This project also helped in creating pipeline and introducing a new band in Front Line leaders. “Lead Coach” is now a new level for transitioning from Senior Associate to Team Leader role.

3. Business Communication for Research Analytics process : The project involved reducing response/ down time in handling email queries for the process involving 80 staff members. Worked closely with the Business & HR Head of Analytics vertical. Process & work flow was analyzed and gaps were mapped in understanding the learning requirements. Adequate number of workshops on writing skills were delivered and continuous feedback from client was monitored. Clients were also involved in designing this program. Templates were created for number of real time situations and were used. Senior Managers were made responsible for continuous monitoring and were also mentored to take this as Green Belt Project.
Result : Average turnaround time reduced from 2 working days to 8 hours validated by the client and also
resulted in improvement in CSAT from 74% to 86%. This also helped in extension of the contract with the
client for 2 years.

 Got promoted as Assistant Manager in March 2009.
 “Special Recognition Award” for exceptional training delivery and efficient management for the Jan-Mar quarter 2008.

Launch of “Generation Next” : This involved launch and execution of Generation Next- a new program launched for young adults. The project involved branding, conducting promotional events and successful delivery for this new DCT product in India. Promotion of Generation Next across Educational institutes and acquiring accounts.
Result : Spearheaded the entire initiative and also delivered as Trainer- the first Generation Next Batch in Pune in October 2006 which was very well received.

 Endorsed and certified as “Trainer” after successful completion of the rigorous & prestigious Dale Carnegie Training & Certification program.

 Executing duties as a technical expert for preparation of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) & EIS (Environment Impact Statement) reports to accord clearance from MoEF (Ministry of Environment & Forestry).

 Conducting technical & socio-economic surveys at village levels.
 Project Engineer for the prestigious “DIRD-MWSIP” project which was a World Bank funded project in order to find out the water distribution structure & study of water user associations across various minor, medium & major irrigation schemes.
 Handling extensive environmental & socio-economic surveys & interaction with various technical experts.
 Preparing Forestry proposals, Technical & Financial Bids in order to bag EIA-EMP projects from various Government organizations like CWC, State Govt. Departments of Irrigation, etc.

Key Projects

DIRD MWSIP : World Bank funded project which involved extensive survey of 50 irrigation projects across Maharashtra. This project envisaged recommendations for environmental and socio-economic feasibility for revamping these projects. This project also involved meetings with stake holders from Irrigation department.
Result : The project was completed in 18 months and World Bank funding was accorded to 15 projects from the group.

Ghatghar Project : The project envisaged environmental and forestry clearance for Ghatghar rope way which included environmental and forestry survey.
Result : The project helped in successful execution of ropeway project.

Sapli Project : The project envisaged in seeking environmental clearance from MoEF clearance for SAPLI Dam in Hingoli district to increase the height of dam. This involved various surveys at district level and also conducting Public hearings and meetings with project proponents. The clearance was seeked in record time of 12 months from MoEF

 Project leader for DIRD-MWSIP & Sapli Projects. Working closely with irrigation experts across Maharashtra state.
 Had created the project plan, concept notes and involved in creating project reports at all stages.
 Incharge of Tendering process for river linking projects. The role involved building of technical & financial bid i.e documentation, terms of reference, past experience and other specifications. The company was able to bag all 6 projects.

Title : Project Financing with Special Reference to Agri. Hi-Tech Projects.
Scope : Focused on relevant features regarding Project Financing along with the guidelines of RBI. A
Case study of Greentech Farms was explained & SWOT analysis conducted. It resulted in
mobilizing loan disbursement for Greentech from one of the leading nationalized Bank.


Title : Watershed Management & Its Application for sustainable rural drinking water supply.
Scope : Explained with the relevant features of Watershed Management & its use for developing water supply schemes. This was done for an NGO ‘DROP’, based in Pune. Actual plan for developing a drinking water supply scheme was carrying out field surveys. Prepared for village “Savargaon”, Tahsil: Mulshi, Dist. Pune. This project was successfully executed by
DROP and is still being used as major source of drinking water in Savargaon village.

Title : Watershed Management – An Integrated Approach.
Scope : A detailed study of the theoretical aspects of Watershed Management. A case study of “Kasare” Watershed was explained along with its relevant features.
Achievement : The seminar “Watershed Management – An Integrated Approach” was
Presented at “NIRMITEE 2002”–A National Level Technical Paper
Presentation Competition. The paper was presented individually & Won 2nd Prize.
