Ms. Bindlish has taught in IHMCT&AN in Chennai, Ahmadabad and Hyderabad. She was a respected and much admired faculty, primarily teaching Front Office Operations and Management, Hotel Accounts. She also taught Housekeeping, F&B Service, F&B Management, Sales and Marketing, Supervisory Management, Security in Hospitality, Nutrition, and Food Science. Ms. Bindlish was also handling PG Diploma classes. Her approach to teaching was practical and with instances drawn from her experiences and travels Most of India except NE, USA, UK, Singapore,& KL which made her popular. She was an as Examiner with National Council Hotel Management, Hotel Management, Andhra University, DOTE, Chennai. She was also a Committee Member with Hotel Management National Council for Syllabus Re-construction and Hotel Management National Council for Syllabus Review. She was also a faculty and an examiner for National Productivity Council- Hyderabad. Ms. Bindlish for her passion and practical methods of teaching was selected by ILO experts and Government of India and sent to Cornell University – Ithaca – USA for a Professional Development Program and an exposure to the Industry in Holiday Inn – Las Vegas. She was the Dean and Principal of a residential Hotel Management Institute in Lakkadi Waynad District, where she led a team of faculty, administration staff and support staff. She also led a similar team as the Principal of a Hotel Management Institute in Chennai.She was a true leader and even today people who worked under her keep in touch with her.

Training Experience in Hospitality field
Anjana also has vast experience in Hotels like ITC Grand Bay Vizag and Royal Goan Beach Resorts Goa and other organisations. She was actively involved in staff recruitment for the opening of the hotels. As part of her assignment she was instrumental in single handedly setting up the Training Department from scratch for the newly opened hotels. She has set up the training systems, did TNA, planned the training calendar, coordinated with vendors for delivery of programs, structured, developed the content and facilitated programs, did follow ups for effectiveness of the programs, facilitated and conducted programs for all levels. She guided the development of the software for the training department, facilitated and conducted programs for all levels in Apollo group of Hospitals. She has done programs using innovative methods like Anthakshri, Treasure Hunt, Quiz and knowledge, self awareness and pre retirement programs.At Apollo she had a team of trainers under her, whom she mentored, coached and led skillfully to meet the requirements of the Organisation.

She had also developed and put into practice various Quality Initiatives at the hotels like Guest Feedback analysis, Guest Service Index, Service and Hygiene audits, Mystery Customer Audits, Service Audits, Safety and Hazard detection system, formulating Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Motivation Programs etc. She has also formulated and put into practice Standard Operating procedures for Operating Hotels. She has also conducted programs for South India Hotel and Restaurant Association.
Ms. Bindlish has been a valued team member for training and consultancy to TTDC Hotels, Industrial Canteens and Hotels. Leading and leadership is a natural part of Anjana Bindlish.

Anjana Bindlish has an enthusiastic and a vibrant personality. She loves to Train, teach, read, learn and travel. She did her Masters in NLP, Health and Gestalt under Dr. (Fr) Richard Mchugh from USA. She continued in her quest and learnt and earned further certifications in Alternative Therapy.
